Enjoy a Luxury Apartment in an Ideal Location: Situated on a one-way street, the premises are quiet. The bedrooms overlook a courtyard consisting of gardens. Designed by award-winning interior designer, enjoy the huge living room, comfortable bedrooms, newly redone bathrooms and gourmet eat-in kitchen. A few of the many extras: a computer with high speed Internet access, private phone line with voice mail, cell phone, WiFi, a free phone on which to make and receive unlimited calls to the US and so much more. We want to share our apartment with people who'll love and cherish our home as much as we do. There's a small balcony for two; we ask smokers to smoke only here. No toddlers or messy adults please!

Not the Usual Rental Apartment: If you're in Paris on business, it's so much nicer to return to an apartment with lots of space and English-speaking housekeepers, who are available to do your shopping and laundry. In addition, if you need a baby-sitter or a person to help with a dinner, such things may be arranged for an additional fee. We have resources for airport pickup and deliveries; will stock the refrigerator, make restaurant reservations, etc. This apartment isn't the usual rental and is our primary home.

Saving Money: 

Don’t be a captive to eating every meal out our not enjoying a bottle of wine and some cheese “chez vous.”  Those things, not to mention doing laundry add up more quickly than you can imagine.

If You Love the Left Bank: this apartment is for you. There's abundant public transportation. Great shopping of all types is within minutes of the apartment. Ditto for restaurants. If you want to explore some of Paris' most famous literary cafes, it's only a five-minute walk to Bv. Montparnasse.

If you’re tired of staying in tiny hotel rooms or larger ones that to cost a fortune, this apartment is the ideal alternative, complete with every convenience and more.  Maid service (one hour) is supplied six days a week plus there’s a personal on-line concierge to help with plans. Located a short walk from the Luxembourg Garden and Boulevard Montparnasse, this is one of Paris’s most desirable and convenient locations.  An easy 15-minute walk takes you past St. Sulpice and the Marché St. Germain to the Boulevard St. Germain des Prés, the heart of the Latin Quarter.

About the Apartment

The apartment was completely renovated by the owner and includes all amenities of gracious living. The sunny 1400-square-foot two-bedroom apartment (plus an additional sleeping area for one) is an ideal and quiet place to relax. It’s so spacious, guests don't feel as if they're tripping over one other. Please read the comments section.

It's located on the fourth floor (fifth floor in the USA) with an elevator in a classic nineteenth century Beaux Arts building.  The building has a gardienne (we no longer call them the concièrge) plus a night and weekend digi-code for added security.  There’s an alarm system in the apartment.

The living room, filled with light and air, is above a one-block, one-way street, so your conversations will never be interrupted by traffic. The bedrooms and the kitchen overlook quiet gardens rather than concrete. There’s plenty of room for guests to spread out and enjoy.

Price
€2700/week (1 week minimum), all-inclusive including utilities & linens. Maid Service / one hour per day / six days per week.

Available Year Round - Upon Request. Christmas and New Year's -- €3000/week Spoil yourselves at a fraction of the price of a hotel. Equivalent US dollar funds may be deposited into a US bank account.

Month long rentals will be given a discount.
